Thank you so much for taking the time to leave our agency a review expressing your concerns. I did take a moment to look into your account to see if there was an error made on our part. It does appear that we informed you on July 3rd 2024 at roughly 12:47 PM that you would need to reach out to the DMV. In the state of Florida, if you have a tagged vehicle and you do not carry insurance on it, your license can face suspension. This was discussed on that date and you advised us that you would call us back. It appears that you did in fact call back on July 10th 2024 at roughly 6:25 PM and spoke with our after hours team who again reiterated the need for you to reach out to the DMV to ensure that your request was processed smoothly and without any disruption or inconvenience to you. It sounds as though possibly that step wasn’t taken, therefore complicating your situation. I sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused you. Unfortunately, we only handle the insurance side of these transactions and as discussed multiple times, you have to also work with the DMV regarding how to properly handle the tag and your license. It’s unfortunate that we are losing your business, however, we hope that you find a company that can better serve your needs. Wish you the best. Thank you, Brandi Mark, Agent "
