"Made an appt to speak with a representative in person and ended up sitting down with Kat Eaton. She’s helped me a number of times over the phone and did not disappoint this time. I wanted to review all of my policies and add a car for my son. She took the time to review my other three vehicles one by one, found some ways to save me on premiums, and got my new car added in a very efficient, thorough, and friendly manner. A huge help as I thought the fourth car was going to “break the bank,” but we ended up saving on several vehicles that helped to offset the new one for the most part. Great experience, very much appreciate Kat’s efforts and professionalism."

"Called for a quote July 1st. Left contact info with receptionist. Could not get her on the phone to even get a quote. Went with Jonathan Gibbs"

"LOL - the way you just lied in your reply is insane. I did not once cuss. I did have to repeat my question to Kari as she said "Just toss it!" - like I stated before, thats common sense! My question is WHY send this when you canceled me?? Also its funny that you send a "small gift" when my policy is canceled but the whole 2 years+ that we were customers, you sent ZERO gifts. So are you saying your office sends gifts to customers who are no longer with you rather than taking care of the customers who are current policy holders? Nonetheless, you guys SPAMMED and called me over ten times about life insurance. Don't act like it was just an informative conversation. Thanks for the fake reply Ms. Business Owner! Worse statefarm office ever. First they kissed up until we got their business, then kept spamming us with calls for life insurance. Then we had a car accident and they denied the claim. The shop we took it to helped with the claim. Then they cancelled our policy and had the nerve to send us a card saying “we are sad to see you leave”. Whats the point of this card? You guys cancelled my auto insurance and stay bothering us! I called and the rude office manager Kari, says “you can throw it away”. Ummmm, obviously we can throw it away. That’s common sense. My call was why did you send this card when it was not my choice to leave. Take my advice and don’t even deal with this office! They suck!"

We appreciate any and all feedback. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way and that you view our attempts to be courteous and thorough as spam and bothersome. Kari does a phenomenal job with our customers and many of our customers prefer to work directly with her due to her abundance of knowledge and her commitment to professionalism. As she stated on your call, company decisions get made that are out of our hands at the agency level. I am a small business owner and appreciate each and every customer that works with my agency. It is my policy that when a customer is no longer with our agency, we send a note of appreciation for their past business and express our desire to hopefully work with them in the future. We include a small gift to thank them and have received a lot of positive feedback for doing this. However, we can absolutely notate your file to not contact you moving forward since that appears to be your wish. Life insurance is a coverage that we are very passionate about due to the important role it plays in the lives of those who are left behind when a family member passes. It is also my policy that my team discuss this coverage with every customer they work with to ensure we don’t miss anyone or fail to explain that this coverage is available. Again, these are my policies for my agency and they are put in place to protect and show appreciation to our customers. I apologize if you felt Kari was being rude on the phone. She was trying very hard to talk with you but was having a difficult time due to you yelling and cussing. After a couple of attempts at understanding why you were upset, she advised that if the card was the issue, it could be thrown away and we would not send another one. I empower my team to make the decision to not continue a conversation when a customer is using foul language and excessive volume. We operate a very ethical agency that strives to provide top notch customer service at all times. We have over 100 five star Google reviews that reflect how our agency operates. Unfortunately this was a situation that was obviously highly frustrating for you and Kari was not able to overcome that based on the conversation that took place. "Kari and Brandi at Brandi Mark State Farm on old Saint Augustine Road did a great job setting me up with new auto insurance, homeowners insurance and an umbrella policy last week. With the switch, they saved me little money as well. I was very pleased with how everything worked out. Check with them if you’re having issues with your current insurance company. I’m very glad I found them."

"The whole team at the Brandi Mark office is amazing! I went there for Homeowners Insurance kind of on a whim. They beat my old Insurance Company's rate by quite a bit with the same coverage. I was so impressed with everything about this State Farm office that I moved all 5 of my cars to State Farm as well! They really are a great group for all Insurance needs, and they have a nice little office in Mandarin if you have to stop into to see them or drop something off. I highly recommend you try them."

"Working with Kat was great! Our previous big insurance provider just raised our auto insurance $300 for 6 months and RV insurance $150 for no reason.
